Shipping Policy

Sherbrooke Art Society's Online Art Gallery offers Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post Shipping  or you can Click and Collect during opening hours. Shipping is at the purchaser's cost and we will advise you of this upon purchase.

Australia Post Shipping Information:  

  • All items shipped will be insured by Australia Post 

  • Order Processing Times:  Your order will be shipped within 3 working days of your purchase. Please allow an estimated 10 working days for your purchase to arrive.

  • Tracking your order.  We will send you the Australia Post tracking information once your purchase has been shipped.

If you would like to utilise our Click & Collect service please ring the Gallery on

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your art purchase and offer exchanges and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws. 

Change of Mind.  In the event you should change your mind on your purchase we will provide you with an exchange.  Please email info@sherbrookeartsociety.com with the information of your purchase and contact details and we will get back to you ASAP.  

Damage.  Please contact us immediately at info@sherbrookeartsociety.com if your purchase has been damaged in shipping.
