Australia Post Shipping Information:

All items shipped will be insured by Australia Post
Order Processing Times: Your order will be shipped within 3 working days of your purchase. Please allow an estimated 10 working days for your purchase to arrive st the moment due to Covid.
Tracking your order. We will send you the Australia Post tracking information once your purchase has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your art purchase and offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws.

Change of Mind. In the event you should change your mind on your purchase we will provide you with an exchange. Please email info@sherbrookeartsociety.com with the information of your purchase and contact details and we will get back to you ASAP.

Damage. Please contact us immediately at info@sherbrookeartsociety.com if your purchase has been damaged in shipping.
